Stuart recently obtained dismissals in two significant cases prior to preliminary hearings. One case involved several class one drug felonies for marijuana cultivation and special offender wherein the client faced up to $1 million in fines and a mandatory minimum 8 years up to 32 years in prison. In the other matter dismissed, the client was charged with a Class 2 Felony sex offense and faced 16 to 48 years to life in prison and up to $1 million in fines.
